You may return items within 14 days of delivery if:
✅ Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
✅ Tags attached and original packaging included
✅ Proof of purchase provided

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final sale items (marked at purchase)
  • Swimwear & lingerie (hygiene reasons)
  • Custom/made-to-order pieces

2. How to Return

Step 1: Initiate your return:

Step 2: Pack items securely in the original packaging.

Step 3: Attach the prepaid return label (U.S. only) and ship within 7 days.

3. Refunds

⏳ Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
💳 Refund Method: Original payment (except gift cards → store credit)
✂️ Deductions:

  • Original shipping fees non-refundable
  • $7.95 return fee for non-defective items

4. Exchanges

For size/color exchanges:

  1. Return the original item
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

5. Damaged/Defective Items

Contact us within 48 hours with:

  1. Order #
  2. Photos of defect/damage
  3. Packaging photos
